Why Ariola was built

I built Ariola because I wanted a place to connect with people, not build an audience or turn my life into content.

Ariola begins with something to say. You can answer a question, share a small thought or ask a follow-up without preparing a biography or posting a collection of life updates first.

Connection without building a social-media profile

You need a nickname to enter. Age, gender, country and region details are optional, and a suggested country can be changed or removed. You can keep your introduction as small as the conversation needs.

For example: “I have been learning guitar. What was the first song you learned?” is an invented opener that offers a shared topic without an account history or personal résumé. You can respond to a topic already in Public instead of starting one.

Public conversation first, 1:1 when you choose

The main Public room lets participants read and join a shared conversation. Reply keeps your answer attached to a public message; Talk 1:1 opens a separate conversation with that person. You do not have to move to private chat.

Entry and public and private text chat do not require a subscription or payment card. The web app needs JavaScript and an internet connection.

What Ariola can and cannot promise

Ariola provides a place to talk. The people present decide whether to answer, so it cannot promise instant replies, a friendship or a local match. A profile and online status do not prove identity.

A nickname also does not mean there are no service records. Ariola stores chat data; private chats are not end-to-end encrypted. Block, report, export and deletion-request controls are available. Read the privacy explanation and safety guidance for their scope.

Start small or get help

If you want to try Ariola, read a few public messages and choose one to answer. The conversation guides include concrete examples and explain the difference between public replies and 1:1 messages.

For entry problems, profile or data questions, use Support. Specific content you believe is illegal can be reported through the public reporting page.
