Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Do not use the service if you are barred from using it under applicable law or if your account has been suspended or banned.

Rules

Do not post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, threats, harassment, hate, scams, spam, privacy violations, or content that encourages self-harm or dangerous behavior.

Do not upload nude, sexual, exploitative, violent, or illegal images. Image uploads may be checked before delivery and blocked when the safety check cannot clear them.

Whispers use preset images supplied by Ariola; users are responsible for the captions they post.

Ariola may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend access, or ban accounts when reports or internal review show a rule violation.

Privacy and analytics

The app stores the local anonymous profile draft and analytics choice in browser local storage so the chat works and your preference is remembered.

Firebase Analytics is optional, off by default, and can be withdrawn from Profile.

Redress

Users can appeal moderation notices free of charge from Profile.

EU recipients may also use the DSA contact and redress information on the DSA Contact page.
